Disclosure and Data Sharing

123bingo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your personal data only in the following circumstances and with the following categories of recipients:

• Licensed game providers: Game providers (such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play) may receive session identifiers and technical data necessary to deliver game content. They do not receive your full identity or financial data unless required for their own regulatory compliance.

Where such international transfers occur, 123bingo ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and the NPC's guidelines on cross-border data flows.

Such safeguards include the use of data processing agreements that require recipient entities to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law, and contractual clauses that preserve your rights as a data subject regardless of the jurisdiction in which your data is processed.

Data Retention

123bingo retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the following minimum retention periods imposed by regulatory requirements:

• KYC and identity verification records: Minimum five (5) years from the date of account closure or the date of the last transaction, as required by AMLA implementing rules.
• Financial and transaction records: Minimum five (5) years from the date of each transaction for PAGCOR reporting and BIR compliance purposes.
• Game session logs: Minimum two (2) years from session date for platform integrity and dispute resolution purposes.

Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The 123bingo platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. The platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, persons under the age of 21.

Where 123bingo discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person below the minimum age, that Account will be immediately suspended, the registration data reviewed, and all collected data deleted to the extent not required to be retained for regulatory reporting purposes. 123bingo enforces age verification at registration and through the KYC process to prevent underage access.

Marketing Communications

Transactional communications — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, OTP verification messages, security alerts, and mandatory regulatory notices — are not subject to marketing opt-out and will continue to be sent for as long as your Account is active.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

123bingo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, NPC guidelines, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever a revision is published.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how we collect, use, or share your personal data or your rights as a data subject — we will provide advance notice of at least fourteen (14) days through the platform or via direct communication to your registered Account. Your continued use of the 123bingo platform following the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
